20 residences conviniently located at the corner of 3rd St. and Mariposa St. across from UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital in the amenity rich Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco. 
502 7th St. ​

16 residences located in the up and coming neighborhood of SOMA near many technology companies in San Francisco.

Aetna Springs Resort​
​
The Aetna Springs Resort is an 80-key, nationally recognized historic resort. Originally built in 1873 through late 1970s, Aetna Springs Resort provided an unparalleled hospitality experience where a luxurious summer lodging retreat, golf, sports and recreation, spas, and live entertainment awaited vacationers, Hollywood celebrities, and political figures alike.
Aetna Springs encompasses over 4,000 acres of land and includes an 80-key hotel, 9 hole golf course, vineyards, winery, several hundred miles of trails, 60 estate parcels and many other amenities. Avesta's principals were involved in the development of the project with Criswell Radovan, LLC, responsible for the design, planning, entitlement, construction, financing and legal activities.

CalNeva Resort and Spa​
​
Avesta's principals with Criswell Radovan were involved in the acquisition and early phases of the redevelopment and repositioning of the 220-room Cal Neva Resort and Spa.
The Cal Neva hotel, founded in 1926, saw its heyday in the 1960s when it was owned by Frank Sinatra and became a popular destination among the Hollywood and political elite. The property features 200 guest rooms among its tower, chalets, and cabins.
It also enjoys a non-restricted gaming license for a 5,300+ s.f. casino; 16,000 feet of meeting space, a full service spa, a 350 seat showroom, and the Lakeview Dining Room and famous Circle Bar.

CAYET ​
​
CAYET is a 760 acre master planned community by Trilogy Development Corp. The project consisted of 1,500 residential housing units as well as over 2M square feet of commercial space and a golf course. Mr. Javanbakht served as the Development Manager and was responsible for the design, entitlement and pre-development of the entire project.

Vancouver Convention Center Expansion Project (VCCEP)
​
Mr. Javanbakht held a management position with PCL, as part of the team constructing the LEED Platinum VCCEP project expanding over 1.1M SQFT of floor space or four city blocks with the total project cost of $883M. PCL, Canada’s largest construction company was the general contractor for VCCEP.
