Avesta Development Group has been established with the goal of creating value by acquiring, developing and managing high quality commercial and residential properties. Avesta is focused on sourcing and structuring unique value-add investment opportunities that generate attractive risk adjusted returns. The company is currently developing several condominium as well as senior housing projects in the Bay Area.
Avesta's team of professionals has a wide range of experience in all areas of commercial real estate. Our primary expertise is in new construction and major renovation of complex, large-scale projects including for sale and for rent multifamily and senior housing properties, master planned communities, hotels and resorts, and luxury custom single family homes.
At Avesta, we acquire, develop, and manage superior quality commercial and residential properties. With a focus on the greater San Francisco Bay Area and other select West Coast markets.
Avesta's business focuses on three primary disciplines:
